Collection & Shipping

You are welcome to collect your items (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!). This must be within seven days of the end of the auction . In the case of non collection of any lots one month after the sale date then we reserve the right to resell the item to recover any administration costs incurred.

We are very happy , at our discretion, to offer an in house postage & packing service for most items unless otherwise stated. Some items will be collection only such as those which are heavy , large or fragile.  

We are unable to ship any edged weapon or bladed article however this may be handled by Mailboxes of Croydon for mainland Great Britain shipping of these items. International shipping of these items will not be possible . Collection from our premises no problem , ID & proof of age will be required.

We will not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit as all items are sent at owners own risk. This is especially the case with glass items.

When sending internationally we are obliged to declare the full value of the item /items & therefore any customs charges resulting from this must be borne by you. International buyers must check that they can legally bring the item into their country & seek professional advice if required.

Some items may require proof of age being provided before being removed from the premises by buyer or courier .
